Our founder, Mac, saw the opportunity to make a dynamic shift from the traditional real estate brokerage. The old model is dead. Agents all alone and not able to provide the same experience every time. Brokerages offering almost nothing as they are not profitable and the owner is out selling anyway. So therefore we deliver a linear service model to our clients, a wealth creation tool for our teammates and crazy value to our partners. Our model is not for everyone. We are selective as we are about the client and agents producing. Our story will be told be the people that hire us and engage us as their trusted source plus the teammates that make all the ideas work.
